There is a young Lady with dark black hair named Tiffany that work there that is extremely nice and went out of her way for me Nov. 22 2024. I hope her managers give her a raise in pay, because she's very nice to the general public and people need kindness from others in these hard times. Again her name is Tiffany at Little Carsars at Kieth Street! God Bless you Tiffany.

Fast service, even if you have to wait for your order if ordering at the counter. I love being able to order through their app. I set the time to pick it up, pay through the app, and then just walk in and back out with my order in less than 30 seconds (no joke)! Great prices too!

I love the thin crust and the three meat deep dish. Oh and the cheesy bread! I also love ordering on the app, walking in, putting your code in the machine and walking out with your pizza. No waiting in line. Great fresh pizza!

I had an AMAZING experience! I have had numerous problems with the Paul Huff Pkwy location- arguing about my order, being rude, and just today, they picked up the phone and then LEFT IT HANGING and walked away so that I couldn’t even place my order! I physically drove to this location on Keith Street, and it was night and day difference. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and clearly working very hard! The young man at the register gave me the best value on my order without even having to say anything, and was very apologetic about the PH location even though he had nothing to do with it, which I greatly appreciated. I believe he knew that their behavior affects how EVERY ONE of these stores are perceived. I also had another lovely experience with miss Angel. She was very helpful and friendly, and went completely above and beyond. She went to double bag my drinks without even thinking about it, and even offered to help take my stuff to the car since I had so much! I declined because I didn’t want her to be away from her duties inside the store, but what an incredibly generous offer. I told her that of course her name is Angel with how kind and lovely she was. The food was great, my order was 100% correct, and to be honest, it was the last thing I was excited to tell my family about when I got home because I wanted to tell them about the cashier and miss Angel first. Absolutely astounding service and great food. Couldn’t recommend more. Whoever owns this franchise, please tell all your staff what a great job they are doing, and double their pay because they go above and beyond like it’s going out of style.

I came in on a crazy Wednesday evening, it was lined out the door and the girl at the register was rocking it! She was kind, made sure to let everyone know there was a slight wait and was diligent in all she did. At one point a elderly man came in and was super confused about what he wanted/had ordered already and she was patient and kind to him throughout the whole ordeal, he even returned and she corrected it at no charge for him. She was professional and courteous in the midst of a mad rush. I believe her name is Mandy. Someone give her an award.

Good location for a little Caesars. They were online exclusively for the last pickup I made. I'm not sure if that is permanent. Out of the many times I've picked up pizza here, they've messed up my order about 3 times, but each time, they would let me keep whatever was messed up since it had been touched. Good compensation if you ask me!
